26 - 1 jalapeño, sliced

# How To Make:

01 - Bring 2 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add 1 cup rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 18–20 minutes until tender. Fluff with a fork, stir in lime juice and cilantro, set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion 2–3 minutes until softened. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds. Add ground beef, breaking apart with a spoon, and brown 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute until fragrant. Add tomato paste and beef broth. Simmer 4–5 minutes until sauce thickened.
04 - Combine black beans, cumin, and salt in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally until heated through, about 3–4 minutes.
05 - Divide rice among four bowls. Top with seasoned beef, warmed beans, cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and jalapeño slices. Serve with lime wedges.
