03 - In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil until evenly coated.
04 - Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne, black pepper, and salt. Toss again to coat chickpeas evenly with spices.
05 - Spread chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
06 - Roast for 35–40 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until chickpeas are golden, crispy, and slightly darkened.
07 - Allow to cool before serving. Chickpeas will become crunchier as they cool.
