03 - 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

04 - 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, plus extra for garnish

05 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Frozen

08 - 2 cups ice cubes

→ Toppings

09 - Whipped cream
10 - Extra Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
11 - Pinch of ground cinnamon

# How To Make:

01 - Combine milk, heavy cream, brewed coffee, cereal, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes in a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy, about 1–2 minutes.
03 - Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large measuring cup or bowl to remove cereal pulp if desired, then pour into two tall glasses.
04 - Top with whipped cream, extra cereal, and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
05 - Serve immediately with a straw.
