01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to set up your dipping station.
02 - Push a wooden skewer or lollipop stick into each marshmallow, ensuring it's secure but not piercing through the top.
03 - Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each, until completely melted and smooth.
04 - Hold each marshmallow by the stick and dip halfway into the melted chocolate. Lift and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
