04 - Pour the spice mixture over the nuts and toss thoroughly until every nut is evenly coated with the seasoning blend.
05 - Spread the seasoned nuts in a single layer across the prepared baking sheet, ensuring even spacing for consistent roasting.
06 - Bake for 18–20 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time, until nuts are golden brown and fragrant.
07 - Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Nuts will crisp up as they cool. Transfer to an airtight container and store for up to 2 weeks.
