03 - Arrange a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt and drizzle lightly with honey or maple syrup.
04 - Sprinkle a layer of granola to introduce crunch between the layers.
05 - Continue alternating layers of yogurt, fruit with sweetener, and granola until glasses are nearly full.
06 - Top with a final layer of berries, an additional sprinkle of granola, chopped nuts, and fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • This parfait comes together in minutes, yet looks (and tastes) like you tried much harder than you did.
  • You can easily swap in whatever fruit, nuts, or sweetener you have around without sacrificing flavor or joy.
02 -
  • If you let the parfait sit too long, the granola will go soft—always assemble right before serving.
  • Adding a little lemon or orange zest to the yogurt turns it from ordinary to vibrant and bright.
03 -
  • Layering the yogurt first prevents granola from getting soggy too soon.
  • A little citrus zest changes everything—don’t skip it if you have a lemon on hand.
