01 - 2 cups fresh kale leaves, stems removed
02 - 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
03 - 1 medium ripe banana
04 - 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

05 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other plant-based milk
06 - ½ cup cold water

07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
