01 - Pour milk, ice cubes, vanilla ice cream, vanilla bean seeds or extract, and granulated sugar into blender container.
02 - Process mixture on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 30-60 seconds.
03 - Taste blended mixture and add additional sugar if desired. Blend briefly to incorporate.
04 - Divide frappuccino evenly between two tall glasses. Top with whipped cream if using and serve immediately.
